Description
Since its debut in 1983, the Rado Anatom has been a symbol of pioneering design and ultimate comfort. Its signature feature is a cylindrical, metallized sapphire crystal with beveled edges on both sides, which seamlessly transitions into a high-tech ceramic bracelet, creating a smooth, continuous shape that unites the case and bracelet into a single, integral shape. The bracelet is made of polished black high-tech ceramic links and polished stainless steel center links, and is carefully secured with a brushed stainless steel triple clasp. Beneath this striking crystal lies a black lacquered dial revealing a striking pattern of irregularly spaced horizontal lines. Applied rhodium-plated hands and hour markers, coated with white Super-LumiNova®, create a refined contrast to the depth of the dial. The dial is crowned by the iconic floating anchor at 12 o’clock, complemented by a discreet date window at 6 o’clock. At its heart, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, is the 21-hand Automatic Caliber R766. Finely regulated in five positions and equipped with a Nivachron™ hairspring, this movement delivers high precision and a robust 72-hour power reserve, underscoring Rado’s commitment to perfection.
