The only watch to withstand the extreme conditions of space

When NASA was selecting watches for its manned space missions, only the OMEGA Speedmaster successfully passed a series of extremely demanding tests that verified its durability, accuracy, and reliability in extreme conditions.

In 1965, the Speedmaster model received official "Flight Qualified" designation for all NASA manned space missions. Just three weeks later, it embarked on its first official NASA-approved journey into space aboard the Gemini 3 mission, thus beginning a story that forever changed the history of watchmaking.
