We protect and process your data necessary for concluding and fulfilling a contract, as well as data provided for the purpose of sending newsletters or other marketing communications you have expressed interest in, in accordance with applicable legal regulations. For the purposes of our communication and contractual arrangements, it is not necessary to process any sensitive personal data.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with general principles, we strive to minimize the volume of data necessary for contract fulfillment and customer communication. For standard purposes, providing your first and last name, delivery address, email, and phone number is sufficient. You provide your personal data only when ordering goods or requesting commercial communications.

With regard to strict personal data protection rules, we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, which is an activity for which no special consent or permission is required from you. In the case of cookies, the purpose of processing is to ensure the functionality of our website https://dusak.cz; these are so-called technical cookies that ensure their correct display.

On the other hand, we also strive to improve our services, for which we use various marketing measurements. In such a case, if we receive specific consent from you, we would provide your personal data, including email and first and last name, for further processing. Above all, we always ensure that it is not possible, thanks to the encryption system used, to link the transmitted data with specific individuals. We also continuously evaluate potential risks and maximally protect your data from possible misuse.

If you agree with the stated method of processing your personal data, please check the box "I agree to the processing of personal data" in our contact form and when ordering goods. Providing consent is not a condition for concluding a contract.

We process technical cookies automatically, and analytical cookies are processed after you give your consent by checking the "I understand" box in the pop-up bar at the bottom of the page. Failure to grant consent for the processing of analytical cookies does not result in the inability to access our pages.
