Inspired by OMEGA’s maritime heritage, the Seamaster Planet Ocean was launched in 2005. Today, the collection continues to pay homage to the brand’s diving watch heritage with updated style and advanced precision. This chronograph model features a 45.50mm case in brushed stainless steel and features pushers with brushed black ceramic rings. There’s also a brushed black ceramic bezel ring with its Liquidmetal™ diving scale. The dial is presented in a sandblasted “gunmetal” grey electroplated finish and features a date window at 6 o’clock, sandblasted stainless steel subdials along with beige and white transferred inscriptions. The OMEGA logo, Arabic numerals, hands and hour markers are in brushed PVD stainless steel, while beige Super-LumiNova enhances visibility in the dark. Powered by the 9900 Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre, the Seamaster Planet Ocean is worn on an integrated dark grey rubber strap with a textured pattern and beige and dark grey stitching. The NAIAD LOCK caseback is complemented by a metallic seahorse on a sapphire crystal.
